Water base PROTEIN drinks
I've always used water based protien mixes. They say you can use milk but that adds calories and I didn't want that. I've used several brands over the past 4 years and as long as the carbs and sugars are low go for the one that tastes best to you. I've also used EAS ready to drink for on the go. They come in a silver package and are low carb low sugar and high in protien you can get them almost anywhere. WalMart, Kmart, etc.
