How many calories a day?
How many calories a day should we be taking in? Someone posted under 1000 a day, but that seems low. I'm aiming for anywhere between 1000 and 1200. I know calorie requirements vary depending on the person and activity level. I don't want my body going into starvation mode. So what is a good range to continue to lose weight?
