Question on taking Supplements & Thermogenic
I have a question for the nutritionist...I have not had the surgery and i am very pessimistic and scared not to mention my insurance does not cover it. Everyone has hounded me to do the surgery. I am 360 pounds about 5 8 i carry it pretty well but I lost over 100 pounds before on atkins...I recently started a all natural pill thermogenic and vitamins and minerals...Called Zylene i got it online at www.health4wealth.com/slimnow and my question is can you tell me if the ingredients listed in the product can be helpful to me? I have lost weight but sometimes it is hard to know if I lost weight for others reasons but my swelling has gone away for sometime now and I dont eat as much adn I halso have been trying to eat whole grains for a while now and drinking more water....
I like the zylene because it gives me energy and being my size that can be very hard to get up and go everyday....So there is alot of stuff listed in the ingredients and to a lamen it means a bunch of nothing to me except I know waht hoodia and green tea and achipodoplysis which did help with my BV since I have been taking it ..which is way cool cause that has annoyed me for years with no solution but pills and creams from the doctor all the time.
So my question to the nutritionist is ...is it safe for me to take zylene and what do you think of the ingredients that is in the product and how will it help me or others like me ???
I know you cant give medical advice but I hope this falls under personal opinion on what is in the product..
Thanks
Sarah
I looked over the product. Two of the ingredients were "proprietary mixtures" which basically says they aren't going to tell you what's in there...
In my professional opinion - there are a lot of products that are out there. I am not one to say "don't do it", instead I try to look at the product and determine if I see any potential harm from the product. Looking at the warnings and contraindications, the manufacturer is very clear about who should NOT take this product. If you fit into one of those categories, then don't take it. It's not worth the risk to threaten your health.
If, on the other hand, you don't mind having your heart race a little and you are receiving some benefit from this product, and you feel confident that you do not have one of the conditions or are not taking one of the conflicting medications - then have at it.
There is a place for diet aides, but nothing takes the place of conscientious habits, regular activity, and personal accountability.
good luck!
