What constitutes as liquid?

On the main forum I've read posts with contradicting information regarding what counts in the 64 oz of water... and I'm hoping that one of the nutritionists can clarify this for me.  Some say that if its liquid, it counts; others say that it must have less than x calories or it won't count as a liquid.  I'm wondering if an Isopure protein drink (which is almost like crystal lite) or an Advantedge cholate shake would count? Thanks for your input, Chickita

Good morning Chickita,  You are absolutely correct. Contradictions in this area are occuring.  My advice is if it's a liquid it counts towards your recommended 64oz/day. Getting in the recommended 64oz. is a challenge initially so one must count fluids where they can b/w meals (30-60min. before and after).  So, YES, to answer your question your Isopure and Advantage drink would both count towards your fluid requirements for the day!  Take care,  Jeanne
