Hi Tamara.  I make my own.  They are so good.  Not too sure about the values, but here is the recipe.  I keep them most of the time! 1 cup of oats...not the quick cook kind 1 cup of peanut butter 1 cup of protein powder 1/2 cup of honey.  may have to add a little more.  Wal-Mart sells s/f honey Form into balls the size of a walnut and keep in zip lock bag.  Great for a quick protein snack.  ENJOY!

Not to burst anyone's bubble... A tablespoon of peanut butter has 96 calories 4 gram of protein and 8 grams of fat. The recipe calls for a cup which is 16 tablespoons.  That's 128 g of fat! A Tablespoon of honey has 64 calories, all 17 g of carbohydrate is sugar. Again multiply by 16. (I have never seen SF honey, but I'll take your word for it!) Oats when cooked are 75 calories per 1/2 cup with 3 g protein (not too bad) Not counting the protein powder this recipe has 2700 calories and 67 g protein.  43% of the calories are from fat. This might be something you have "sometimes", but is not a good choice for meeting your day to day protein needs if your goal is to reduce calories and lose weight. regards,

Hi Tamara, I make my own protein bars.  You can divide them into 16 bars, or 48 balls.  Here's the recipe:

LYNN'S PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL PROTEIN BALLS OR BARS (Makes 16 bars or 48 balls) Healthy high protein snack. Consistency of a soft caramel. Delicious! Ingredients: 1 cup reduced fat peanut butter 1 cup no sugar added applesauce 1 cup oatmeal (regular oatmeal, not instant) 1 1/2 cups dry nonfat instant milk 6 scoops (2 cups) GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein (Flavor of your choice. I use Chocolate Caramel.) Directions: Microwave the peanut butter and applesauce about 2 minutes. Stir until well mixed. Add oatmeal, protein powder, and instant milk. Mix well. (It gets thick, so you'll have to use a food processor or your hands to mix it.) Wet hands and roll mixture into 48 walnut sized balls, or with the back of a wet spoon press into loaf pan sprayed with Pam. Chill, then cut into 16 bars and store in plastic bag in refrigerator. Nutrition Facts: Serving Size = 1 bar and weighs 56.5g (about 2 ounces) Calories 190 Calories from Fat 64 Total Fat 7g Saturated Fat 2g Cholesterol 20 mg Sodium 206 mg Total Carbohydrates 18g Dietary Fiber 2g Sugars 7g Protein 15g If you try my recipe I hope you like it.  My husband and I enjoy them. Best wishes on your weight loss journey.

I usually eat one a day.  I eat 5 small meals a day, about 3 to 3 1/2 hours apart.  I often have one of my home made protein bars for the second meal, and protein hot chocolate from www.atproteinplus.com for the 4th meal, or the other way around.

I have two sides to my brain - a right side and a left side.  The trouble is sometimes there is nothing left in the right side and nothing right in the left side.
