I had gastric bypass three years ago. I never lost the last 20 lbs that I wanted to. Even though im still very happy with my size, I find that I can now eat anything and everything. The old bad habits are coming back. I eat when Im not hungry. Any ideas to overcome this and get back on track. Im at a loss. Thanks,

Get busy getting back on track! Clean up your diet. Talk to a Registered Dietitian. Go to the gym, or the track, or the pool. Try 2 new healthy meals every week. Eat plenty of fresh fruits & vegetables. Always choose non-fat dairy products. Don't drink your calories. Any more ideas out there?
