Another question about my iron pills SORRY!!!!!

Hi everyone,    Thank you so much for all your great responses to my iron question last week. I have one more question though. Should I wait 30 min or so after taking it before I should drink? I don't want it to be flushed right out of my system, but I am having trouble fitting my fluids in along with the 3 iron pills a day, the calcium and the multi.  Thanks!

Amanda, No worries about drinking fluids after you take your iron (you take it with fluids) as it won't be flushed out of your system.   Cheers!
