I had RNY on 4/22/08. I am getting around 500 cal a day, with 60 oz H2O, 60-70gm protein. Question: I get really hungry around 10:30am after a breakfast of a protein drink (160-210 cal). What would be a good thing to tide me over until lunch, also an afternoon snack would be nice. I would not like to go over 500-600 cal. thanks.
