strained hot cereal?
Dan, I bought Malt-O-Meal. I cook one serving according to the instructions. I make it with milk so it gets the benefit of the added protein. When it would normally be done, I add 1 cup of milk. Stir and stir. Then it is very thin. There should be no lumps in it at all (use a wire whisk). That did it for me. Good luck!
