Calorie Intake at 8 months post-op

Does anyone know a general guideline as to how many calories I should be taking in at 8 months post-op?  I seem to get different answers from everyone I speak to: my NUT, surgeon and support group leader all have varied opinions.  I thought that asking other people in the same boat would be a good idea.

I gotta be honest...everyone is probably going to have different answers since all surgeons, NUTs,etc are so different...However, I try to eat about 1000 but no more than 1200 calories a day and most of that being protein..I do eat carbs(non processed, whole wheat kind or fruits,veggies)...Good luck hon!
