I recently had gallbladder surgery and was told to watch my fat intake due to a side effect of extreme diarehea. Can anyone who has had gallbladder surgery tell me what there food choices are?

I had gallbladder surgery and never changed my eating - no problems for me. I guess its different for everybody. I just stick to my low fat/low carb/high protein diet.
