OH MY GOSH!!! I have been looking all over the place for this information.  Here's my story.  I also had the R-N-Y 3 years ago this aug and I went from 375 to 245 in 1 year.  I was doing great.  I started doing thing that I either knew was wrong or wasn't aware I was not supposed to do.  I eventualy gained 30 lbs back over the 2nd year and have been at 275 for almost a year now.  I have been more proactive in my weight loss in the last few weeks and haven't lost anything yet.  I have started walking in the mornings and at lunch and I had been told before surgery abou****er loading but I would actually get nauseous if I did not drink water with my meals shortly after surgery.  I thought I wouldn't be able to eat withou****er.  I am so glad you posted this information.  I now know waht I need to do and hopefully it will help get me back down the weight ladder again.  I wanted to wish you good luck with your weight loss and wish me luck on mine! Thanks so much! Annette
