Hi, I have been trying to get in contact with Dr. Kelly via e-mail since yesterday but he has not wrote back...does anyone know how to contact him or his people ? Alos does anyone know how much he charges? I have also thought about Dr. De Leon. Does anyone know how much he is ? To get sleeved, of course. Thanks

I'm actually self employed, so taking time off work wasn't a problem, my boss is good like that 
I would say perhaps something from both might be an idea if you can, just to cover all bases

I already made the trip to Mexico in May so I can't help you out with a travelling buddy, but I just wanted to say that it was the best thing I've ever done for myself You'll do great!!
