I was crushed on Friday. I spent 4 days at work this week and suffered the entire time. I do not like my job ... I do not like my boss, either ... when, on top of all of that, I gained 3 friggen pounds, I felt incredibly negative on Friday night.

I am happy to report that I am now down FOUR pounds from my last weigh in ... down 56 lbs total! I am eight weeks out on Tuesday coming.

How do you guys deal with negative self talk? I am bad for it ... I recognize it, but when I am trapped in it, I can't seem to escape - no matter what the mirror says, I feel like I am failing at this. AAAHHH!

The only reason my doc knew ANYTHING about this was because I told her.

You will hear from the clinic ... likely Diana Lawlor. I believe the first session of the year is March. I don't think they have one in January. You will possibly hear for March or then I think there is another one in the summer.

I know it feels like forever, but it is really important you spend your time preparing yourself - I didn't ... and it really affects the aftermath ... TRUST ME.

your surgery is on  my birthday, lol!!  must be a good sign!  wow, that is almost double what mine cost, but still worth it totally!! 

20/20 that's awesome - good to hear!  I did already go for the consult & they said I was an excellent candidate and then told me the price would be $3500!!  Good thing I was already sitting in one of their fancy chairs!  lol  My surgery date is Jan 14  :))
