All i keep reading about are pork rinds. How they are low carb and great for breading chicken etc. (not that i can eat yet..lol) But i was wondering if anyone has tried them and where i can find them in Nova Scota?

I just used the VH Sweet and Sour Sauce. I didn't really pay any attention to calorie counts or anything.

my doctor sent a request to MSI about me going out of province and they said he wan't qualified to make the request it had to come from a specialist so i don't know who else would specialize that could refer me out of province other than people i was referred to how confusing is that!

Kitty, Not too early after surgery. I had my surgery on Feb 23 and did the 10k in May last year. I walked it then, plan on running some of it this year.

Not sure if you would like this but I made it the other night and I really enjoyed it.
Cut up 2 chicken breasts and cook them in a saucepan. Once the chicken is cooked, add fresh mushrooms, green pepper and zuchini. Cook that for a few mins and add sweet and sour sauce and some cashews.
