I'm going to talk it over with my Doctor on Wednesday, about aftercare.  There is a Doctor in Quebec that will do the surgery as well for 19000 which is ridicules.

I was speaking to my doctor today.  He said aftercare cannot be refused, if it is, go to your local ER.  He also said anyone thinking about going to Mexico or anywhere else out of the country should ask if the fee they are charging include complications such as, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or formation of blood clot in the leg, and pulmonary embolism   If the fee doesn't cover this you will be running into more charges, expensive hospital and doctor fees.  Also check with your insurance, if you are self paying to have the sugery done, will your insurance cover any medical complications.
