waiting.....
well my trial 3 week Stage 3 liquid diet is over.. I had lost 23.6 lbs in the 3 weeks and 14.5 inches...today i'm going to do the stage 4 diet and then tomorrow back on the 1200 cal (stage5) as Diana wanted until i see them the end of the may the first of june. I learned so much the last three weeks that I know will be very helpful after surgery.
Now to wait for a date...I emailed Diana this morning just to update her...hopefully i will get it soon.
WOW! 24 lbs in 3 weeks - AWESOME!!! Maybe I will go back on liquids for a week or two so I can be done with the losing phase already! lol My FIL is down visiting for 3 weeks & he keeps bringing junk into the house & doesn't seem to care that I asked him not to.... :S
