I'm glad you will be getting in soon & getting everything fixed up!  Your weight loss slows down some anyway & stalls at times too - I think it's the body's way of playing catch up...

If you're looking for greek yogurt, the Superstore in Sackville carries it in 3 flavours.  Strawberry, peach & plain.  I tried my first sample last night....pretty good!

Can't wait to try 'em out - the Liberte brand has flavors too, but they're so high in calories that I don't bother...  Is it sad that this is exciting to us all??  lol
