Here are some protein shake recipes & new ideas!

I was surfing the VSG board & came across this - recipes for any kind of protein shake you can think of - and some you can't!  Some of them call for pop, and some are pretty high in carbs, but some look really great!!

So far I've tried the Orange Julius one & it's pretty good, but the butterscotch pecan one is YUMMY!!  I think I will try freezing some for popsicles  :)
