Happy Dance time. I reached a milestone today. WOOOHOOOOO!!!!!! I have lost 100 pounds as of today. What a great feeling. Plateau busted as well.

Angie its 100 pounds since January, so much slower than 25 lbs per month. The thing is I have never lost this much before and these little buggers won't come back unlike after all the many diets I tried before!!!!!!!

Way to go Debbie!!!! Just think 100 of those rotten buggers melted away, and where do they go??....who cares!!! Just far away and let them go find someone else to stick to!
