Do the carbs in Benefiber count since it has the same amount of carbs as it does fiber??

When I counted carbs with Atkins you subtracted the grams of fiber from the grams of carbs and that gives you the net carbs.

That's what I thought too, but the OH nutrition tracking tool doesn't do that, so I was curious... Thanks :)
