4 Month Anniversary

Down 63.4 lbs since surgery on July 13/10.  Anyone with any questions just lmk  :)

Wow 4 months already. 4 months and 63.4 pounds you rock girl. I hope I can do as well.
Did you have to go back for check ups every month?

Thanks!  I'm sure you will have no problems (if I can do it...  lol)  I have had one checkup with Dr. Ellsmere and one group clinic - other than that I don't have to see them (unless there is a specific problem, I suppose)  I did go & get some blood work done last week so hopefully that will all come back ok - though I have been having some dizzy spells (nothing major at all) so maybe something is a little off - we will see...

What is the 'group clinic'? 

A bunch of people who have had surgery around the same time meet at the same time with 'the team' where they (the team) talk to us as a group, and then we talk to them all individually after that.  They also take measurements, weight, BP etc... privately at that meeting  :)
