We use the Wii sometimes - I think it depends on what you like to do - if you like weights the Wii isn't much good, but the yoga is pretty good...  For me, it was a good place to start, but I outgrew it fairly fast, but still do it sometimes for fun...  I haven't tried dance dance revolution for a while so I must get that back out!

My personal trainer is  a 62 lb chocolate lab!  We did 8kms today.
I also have some weights and a resistance band at home to work with.

I find the gym very boring.

My trainer was also of the 4 legged variety. I'm not as religious with walking as I was the first year -the first year post op I walked EVERYDAY that I wasn't working. These days - my work is so much more demanding - the occasional walk combined with the crazy activity at work seems to still work. Hope you find a program that works  for you and you enjoy!
