Jeff did get a date - November 9th (they had a cancellation so he lucked out!!)
Dr. Ellsmere just wants to know your medical history, your meds & answers your questions.... then he will tell you if he thinks you are a good candidate or not - but pretty much if you've made it that far, I would say you're a good candidate!!! At my appointment, he looked at my belly too, I assume to see how hard it was going to be to get his equipment in!
