Note to everyone....Congrats!!!

I just want to say, congratulations to everyone on this board who is taking care of their health and doing what they need to lose weight! 

After 19yrs, I have NEVER regretted having my Bariatric surgery and Tummy Tuck and feel without it, I wouldn't be here today or be able so say I am 100% healthy & happy with who I am. 

Keep on working hard everybody, it can be done and you will reach your goals!

Anyone who has a question or just needs to share their thoughts about their surgery & future, give me a shout!!  I know it's good to talk with someone who has experience with a long time out after post-op.

I am almost 2 and 1/2 years out and have been at goal for almost a year. Waiting on having a panni removal now. Glad to see that you worked your tool!!
