Just a question or two

I just met with the WLS team for the first time this past week. I have to lose more weight before my next appointment with them. They gave me a set menu to follow (the 2 week fluid diet and then a 1200 cal diet the rest of the time) I was just wondering if anyone has followed this and how they made out? Any info is appreciated thanks.

I did the 1200 cal diet and it worked great for me.

Once you get into the groove of it you will be fine.
I lost 20 lbs in a  month on th 1200 cal diet.

Good Luck!  You CAN do it!!!

I did several one week trials. It was hard but I persevered. The 1200 cal diet was easier. The high protein boost really helped and I got creative with soups I made. Try adding protein powder to the boost to help with the hunger. I found it made a difference.

i have emailed Diana but havent heard back yet. On the 1200 calorie diet theres fish chowder but i am not a seafood fan at all. Anything else you know of i can replace that with?

gee, seafood chowder wasn't on my 1200 cal plan.
If you can find the nutritional info of the chowder - fat, protein and cals you could find something that compares with those numbers.
