Empty Gut Syndrome?

It was interesting. I have not felt really hungry yet but it also maybe explains why eating triggers diarrhea for me. That sudden emptying into the intestines.  Are you struggling with hunger now Angie?

I don't know! lol  Sometimes I feel like I'm starving but mostly I think it's just in my head - I'm really hoping that will go away - the feeling isn't bad enough that I can't keep it at bay, but it is annoying!  I would really love to be one of those people who has to remind themselves to eat - wouldn't that be COOL!!! 

Today happens to be my 7 week surgiversary and I am down 35 lbs so whatever my head tells me I will ignore it!!! 

Congrats on 35 lbs. Yippeeeee!
