Hi I'm from Amherst and have a lap band. I had it done in Moncton almost 3 years ago. It has been a slow process for me. I am down 107 pounds and still have a bit of a ways to go. I have had a few complcations over the last few years mainly every time i got a fill I would have to go to get an unfill because nothing, sometimes even fluids would go down. Last fill Dr. Beausolil put on .25 cc in and there was still plenty of restriction. I have been going to the NB chat board as I didn't realize there was a NS one. Nice to be able to see how other people are dealing with issues that come up from the surgery.
