Appointment!!!!!

Finally the daay has arrived and I have my appointment with Dr Ellsmere on Wednesday. I cannot wait. It has been a long journey to here.

thats great. how long have you been waiting? have you already been to see the rest of the team? I was at the meeting on March 1st.  we were told nothing would happen for 6 months.

I was on a wait list for over 4 years and then they set up the new system. I went to the information session in August of last year. My BMI was over 60 so I went to a second group session on March 21 and by then I had been able to get my BMI below 60 so I say the team on April 21 and have been waiting to see Dr Ellesmere since then.

Great news for you...I'm having surgery in Moncton and had signed my consent form, and had done the orientation in May 2009 and too****il this month to get surgery..The 30th is my big day...Good Luck!!
