Question About Binder

Hey All,

I am wondering what all is required   in the binder that you need to bring with you  to your appointments?? I plan on adding as many meal plans as you all suggest from my earlier post . Also my list of medications.But is there anything else?

I printed out everything out  from the  CDHA Website  such as follows:

• Frequently Asked Questions
• Consult for Weight Loss Surgery

• Pre-Surgery Diet

• Diet Stage 4 Sample Menu
• Diet Stage 5 Sample Menu
• High Protein Blender Recipes and Tips for Buying Protein Powder
• Hospital Discharge Instructions

Are the ones you are compiling for after your surgery and at what stage after your surgery?

When we go to meet with them what do they go over with us in our binder?

Do they discuss/help us with healthy meal choices for after sugery??
