Post Op Question.....what to do with those darn staples..

So, hello again.  Post-op feeling fine; weight coming off as I proceed slowly on Liquids for 4 weeks...This is not easy by a long shot....please someone give me something to chew....lol

What I am wondering is about the staples left behind in my cute set of 7 incisions.  No one ever mentioned to me what was to happen.  Are they meant to "fall out" on their own or  do I need to see the doctor about getting them removed?  The incisions are healing well and not looking forward to having staples removed from healed skin...'ouch'..

Any thoughts on this anyone?

Yep, you have to have them removed...i would check with Dr E's office and find out when and where (-:

thanks kindly....i will do exactly that.  Would like to have them gone and seems my staple remover just won't work...lol
