Hi all - What did you all do for the clear liquid stage for your protein? I hear people on the baords referring to many different products but many of them aren't available here in NS... Looking for your advice.
As far as i can remember i only did clear liq's the day before surg and the day after. Once you go home you will be able to do full liq's and shouldnt have any trouble finding products to help you.
