Bariatric Surgeons in NS

Hey Everyone,

I am sure I could find the answer to  my question, but having a 5 and 6 year old and being in school, I don't have a lot of time. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some names and numbers of any bariatric surgeons in Nova Scotia? I am having some serious health issues, and not being able to lose the weight makes it even more challenging. Any help that anyone could give me, would be greatly appreciated.

Go to your family Doctor, Get him/her to refer you and then wait for years to have your surgery is about the outlook in Nova Scotch. Unless you want to pay and there is options on going to Mexico, States, other parts of Canada!

Check out the Obesity Network on the QEII health sc center website. There should be info there for the contact person--Diana Lawlor. She triages ALL Bariatric patients.
