2 of my fave tools....
I just wanted to share this with newbies as they were esp helpful during my first few weeks out, but also with everyone else too.
I got two tools at Lee Valley ( i do not in any way represent the company lol) that i find amazing. One is a pocket size scale. I used it mostly for weighing my meats and cheeses. Its awsome and you can use it anywhere. Second is a kitchen calculator also available at Lee Valley. It converts any weight and measurement to help you figure out your amts. I couldnt have lived without these two things so i wanted to share them with everyone! They were each about $20 and well worth it. I highly reccommend!
