Wow was I glad to find you guys!!

Just found this site on OH and was thrilled! I am from NS and have been living in CT for almost 20 years now. How great to find all of you here. I am on my last few days of my liquid diet before I have my lap band surgery on 10/28. Anyone have some words of wisdom for me before I join the ranks of banders and members of WLS!!??

Good luck on the 28th - I will be routing for ya - from one bluenoser to another! lol

Chk out the NB site thats where most of the action takes place for the maritimes - the lapband surgery is done by two surgeons in NB so more gals over there will see your post and chime in!

My words of wisdom (NOT) lol- buckle up your seatbelt and get ready for a wild ride - its all worth it - enjoy the journey and hooray for you - your day is about to happen!
