Reached my Goal in 6 months......Ty Mexico and Dr Alvarez

Hi there:

I am so proud of you and I don't who you are.  You are an inspiration to us all.  The doctors that did your surgery, how do you get in touch with them.  How did you pay for your surgery?  Can you help me?  My healthcare provider said that I can get the surgery anywhere in Canada--I need to know how to hook up with these guys.

What surgery did you have done?  Will you consider Plastic Surgery?  Will insurance pay for it?  I have all kinds of questions.
