Referral in! Here's hopin'....

Well, I had my appointment with my GP today and she is going to send in the referral for the VSG!  I so hope that things start rolling now! 

How long did most people find the wait from this point in their journey, to the surgery data?

The current wait list is approx 7 years.

So settle in for a wait.

Good God!  Are you serious?  That totally sucks.....oh well, at least the process is started!   Sigh.....

sad to report....I am totally serious.

there are options out there other than waiting.....but they are all self pay.

I hate telling people that.......but I figure it is better to know than not to know.

i waited 7 years and got to go to session in july........................... hope its not much longer........im sure it will be worth the wait!!!! good luck!

I am also in same situation as you are Christa and they told me the wait was about 2 years..but not sure if that means 2 years just to see the doctor or just to get to go go an information session ...
we just might be at the same one !! =)
