Heel spurs

Does anyone else suffer from these painful things.  I have tried every kind of insole and have invested in orthodics but sometimes the pain is just so bad, I could cry.

Anyone have any suggestions for pain relief other than cutting my foot off?

My mom uses to have problems with heal spurs and orthotics didnt help here either. She did have a cortizone injection in her heel and it helped her A LOT! It does hurt having it done but worth it. Maybe ask your family doc about it......

I had terrible spurs in both heels....after much pain and many inserts later I opted for cortezone shots in both heels....very painful.....but to this date I have never suffered again.
