hand sanitizer- although the hospitals seem to be in plenty supply lately
gas x strips - a melt in your mouth strip for the gas you get
journal/notebook - to record data-info-somewheres to keep your notes
ear plugs! lol - it sure is hard to catch some sleep in the hospital!
your own brand of pads- I started my period the day after surgery and hated the big ugly things they gave me- you would not be able to do the aerobics to use tampons! lol
they actually had them at my hospital because it was private but its nice to have flushable baby wipes .

Dont forget to do your day of photos and take your measurements- thats something I forgot to do and never did measurements along the way - they say it helps during the stalls to see that you are still losing inches.I have lost my before pics that the surgeon has - I asked just last week at my one year anniversary if they could send me them back - the secretary is gonna send me copies - cant wait to see them !
If I think of anything else I will post - I am very forgetful
- I was also packing to go to Montreal so had to bring a lot of xtra stuff for the hotel.hugs
