11 month surgiversary

Here I am 11 months out today and feel great!

Todays weight 179 verses 330
Size 16 pant, size L top verses 5x to 7x clothes
Am eating much lower portions and better quality foods verses plate fulls of junk x2 or x3
Overall health is good. Had pain in left shoulder while out shopping today. Will get it all checked out when I meet my new MD on June 1st. I pray it won't be a summer of surgeries.
My knee doesn't hurt to climb stairs now. I'm not winded climbing those stairs or hills.

Overall this is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Regardless the path I've had to take!!!
