5 days post op and WOW

I am down 17 lbs including my pre-op.
I am down 9 body inches.
I have no pain
I have no gas
I have no bruising
I have no outward signs of surgery
I had a mild pink vaginal discharge as a result since day 1 post-op which is almost gone.
I have no problems with bowel movements
I have no problems getting in approx 50-60 oz of clear fluids a day.
I am getting in about 30g protein, working on increasing that
I stopped pain meds day I got home, could have stopped sooner, took them for plane ride home
I have NO hunger
I am still (of course) on full clear fluids as per Dr Alvarez's instructions.
I have no issues with acid
My tummy prefers warm to hot liquids vs cold ones.
My nose runs when I am full.

I am STUNNED....for not doing this sooner.

That is so awesome and I am so happy for you to be on the otherside.

You are gonna rock this out girly I just know it! You did your homework and made the best decision for you and saw the goal in site and look at ya - all sleeved up!

My nose runs or I sneeze when I get full too- my husband thought I was making it up but I chkd and some others have it too- so its kinda funny but if I am mindlessly eating not paying attention to my pre-ful cue........ a sneeze will snap me back into reality!

Now my big question- Does Dr Alvarez's clinic do plastics LOL - I am thinking a vacation with a snip snip and tuck tuck might make my day !

No can do ....re this months meeting.  My son turns 16 that day and my daughter 18 the day after.  There is a big DO here at my house.

Enjoy tho....I will be thinking about you....maybe the next one.
