Hot Choc Protien mmmmm

Hi everyone, well years ago, I had tried the Bernstein diets lost a ton so to speak, but gained it allll back +.  However, out of all that came something good.  I am not a protien eater, never have been...get tired of chicken easy.

I had a hot choc drink and cappacino drink when I did his diet in Toronto, called to see if I can order it from them, yes but steep prices.  so i called the co directly and they too were 14.00 for 7 pkts of it.  sooooo not to be out done...I went on line, found the same product 8. a pack of 7 cannot beat that price.

I was in touch with The dietician and she said the break down of it was excellent.

There is 80 cal and 14 g protien and 2 g sugar. You have to keep it mixed while drinking it or it will lump up....but the taste is no diff than hot choc.
