Thanks. I wonder if the pre-mixed ones actually taste like the powder ones....

I am going on the 17th as well. Having to decide between RNY in Moncton and VSG here. Today I am leaning toward VSG. Tomorrow, who knows.... Does anyone know where you can buy individual samples of protein drinks, besides on Bariatriceating.com?
Hi Suzanne

I will bring you some samples on the 21st.

Also you can request samples from PEI and they will send out 5 or 6 different flavours to try

Dont buy anything in bulk as your tastes changes- I have stuff from GNC that was yuk after surgery - actually I know you can return stuff to GNC if you dont like it but I had too  much going on to be bothered - I will bring you samples of that as well.

Pm me if you have any other questions.

all the best kim, I know you will do well.  The info on the protien drink is Soy One , the store is located on bookside street Glace bay, just before town, on the left side behind Sonny's pizza, the girl there is fantastic. She gives samples to have you taste before you buy.

I am one week yesterday, doing well, but you can forget to eat real easy, so be sure to follow the binder, protien or food/ one hour, water for the next, and do that for all your waking hours...things get easier tomorrow that you cannot do today.

I have been luck, I have had no food intolerances...go figure lol, just my luck, no problems with food...kidding.  anyway, you take care of you, and when you are up to it, just buzz us to let us know how things went.
