Meeting is open to anyone on any stage of weight loss surgery - researching, pre-surgery waiting and post-surgery living/recovering. We also welcome any of your support people (family or friends) who will be helping you on your journey. *This is a separate group from Dr B's post surgery group that meets with the nurse.*
Remember to bring your "before/after" photos if you are post surgery and a current picture if you are not.
The meeting will be fairly informal so if you need to come a bit late or leave early that is ok. We will start off with introductions - just a quick who you are and why you are there. Since it is the start of a new year let's discuss our goals for a healthy lifestyle - food, fitness and fun! Please bring a pen.

I have been researching while Waiting.. and More waiting, reading about i****ching video's on it, looking at peoples before and after pictures, thinking and dreaming about how I will look, feel, move easier. Is their going to be a Nurse from the WLS centre or is it mainly people letting others know what to expect and how they've done it. I think this would be great and I'm all for it eithor way. Can't wait to meet others.
