Thinking of lap band surgery

My biggest worry is finding a doctor in Nova Scotia to do the adjustments for me. Can anyone help me here? I live in the Dartmouth area.

If you search through older posts, you will find that there is an NS nurse that does fills.

Is lap band surgery being done in nova scotia? Does anyone know? and maybe some doctors names that do it?

Yes there are 2 surgeons on Halifax setting up a clinic. Sorry I don't know their names. Since their clinic is either very new or not quite set up you may be able to get in quicker that the usual 5 year wait.

yes there is a clinic being started in Halifax but they aren't doing lap band.  Not sure what the surgery is called but I decided to stay with Dr. B instead of starting over again here.  It's the lap band I want so I think Dr. B. is the best from what i've heard.
