Well....I am not over 50 but I have lost 161 lbs without surgery. I am happy to offer encouragement! If it helps my dear momma (over 50) is trying to lose 75 without revision surgery....so...I am a little familiar with over 50s and the special consideration they need.

I'm actually short, only 6-0. I just said my friends would say I'm tall because I have no idea since I have no friends.

What do you do a living? I work with crime victims/witnesses. I wear many hats...

How would your friends describe you? Funny, responsible, empathetic, reliable, short
Do you speak any language other than English? I can speak enough Spanish to chat with our neighbors.
If you could meet one person, alive or dead, who would it be?
I too would pick Jesus.
What do you think you will be doing 5 years from now?
Hard to tell. Probably still helping victims and with any luck have a personal training g clientele
When do you feel best? Morning, afternoon, or evening? Eh, anytime other than wake up time. I am not a morning person.
What super power would you like to have? Why? Flying. It seems so freeing.
