have u heard of iaso tea/coffee? cu lose 5 pounds in 5 days
Hi my name is Krystal and I totally understand where you're coming from I weigh 365 and I am NOT interested in going for weight loss surgery I really want to do it the natural way so for me I just started I'm only 6 days in today. I am cuting my portion I just made my plate like I always make it and I just take half of it away put it in a Tupperware and save the other half for lunch for the next day. That and also I cut all added sugar. I pretty much decided that the Paleo diet it just looks more appealing to me personally. I also started doing 20 minutes a day just walking around my neighborhood brisk just my regular walk no extensive power walking none of that just walking my normal pace for 20 minutes straight without stopping and that's all I could do, now being the size that I am my back really bothered me quite a bit and so I can only do 20 minutes, but I'm there with you if you need a friend, I'm here if you need an ear I'm here and I sent you a friend request so we'll see and we'll talk later good luck and congratulations on deciding to change your life.
my surgery is this Tuesday and I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips on what to bring with me to the hospital since I will be there for the best part of a week. The hospital did not provide me with a list of things to bring.
I'm going to the information session for this on January 13,m 2015. My stupid aspartame allergy has me worried that they won't accept me, tho. Is anyone else going? Does anyone have any more information about the program? This is my plan 'A' until I get approved for surgery (unless I don't get approved).
you will know when you lose 100lbs without surgery. YOU, not someone else. try it out, start soon, and good luck
I had the BPD/DS 11 years ago in May. I lost a total of 200 pounds, but have regained 55 over the past 5 years. I am scheduled now for a reversal on January 26, 2015, I can't stand the bathroom issues anymore. I worry about bowel control as I age. I sometimes have "bad breath" (no it is not ketosis) and take creon 2-3 times a day to avoid it. This works and makes me think it is from malabsorption and not bacterial overgrowth. I worry some about gaining more weight, but I worry more about staying this way.
Does anyone know anyone who has had a reversal or revision? I am tempted to just reverse as much as possible.
That sounds very interesting! Please add me and let me know how it goes.
Not to discourage you, but for me I just feel hopeless like nothing works. That's why if it does, I would be very interested in finding out more about it.
I wanted to stop by and say hello. I have been considering WLS and recently discovered that here in Canada they offer a Medical program which provides the counseling and dietician minus the surgery. It is a 12 week program with the option of a 12 week addition using the Optifast. Is there anyone here that has done that program and what your thoughts are on it. I go for my information session in January, but wondered what others think.
