WELCOME! WELCOME! Mrs. Dodge.  I'm so delighted to see you on here.  How is Brett recovering?  Have you been able to convince him to join the men's forum?  Have you checked out fitday.com?  I found it was very useful for keeping track of my calories and nutrition etc.  I think you'll do great and will be at goal in no time.

So glad to see you again Peach!

You got it right, calories in calories out....that's the bottom line.
Congrats on moving down on the bra band.  I just came across one of my all time biggest bras the other day....OH MY GOODNESS, I cannot believe I filled it at one time (and my cup runneth over).

Don't stay away so long...we like hearing from you!

ya I loved the biggest loser but i saw a new episode last night, the one u r talking bout i saw last week..they are kind of a cute couple but whether it will last, who knows? depends on each person, like if they were MO b4 this relationship how many realtionships have they had, they may want to sow their skinny oats*lol*

ya i did notice michael and ashley but wondering he has lots of sisters and seems very affectionate, and she is a party girl so who knows?? also when u r locked in a compound together for a few months somethin is bound to be going on

michael just amazes me, OMG he was 526 lbs, just incredible, i wish i had a biggest loser camp even for two weeks to just workout everyday for like 6 hours a day..i am craving it soo bad, wish i could take some time off work and just kick some butt..i used to go hiking for like 3 hours at a time, well then i had kids and the most they can handle is one hour and now i have moved to the flattest place in north america, our highest elevation is the landfill*lol*
