Have to share a WOW moment.
This last week I was at a Mothers of Twins Clubs convention and I actually was a co-chairmom of the 3 day event for 200 women from the Northwest US, Alaska and British Columbia. One of the hotel sales staff that I had worked with initially in this convention journey was talking with the catering manager and another gal as I can up to them. She exclaimed that they were just talking about me. The other gal stuck her hand out and introduced herself and told me that she was a Weigh****cher too and had lost about 45 pounds. I congratulated her and the catering manager told the sales gal that I had lost some weight (she and I had talked about me losing 180 pounds previously). The sales person said to me something along the lines of "yeah, well you are one of those lucky people that have always been skinny" I started giggling and asked if she'd like to see my fat pictures. They were all properly impressed and I felt like I'd been crowned Miss America or something! I haven't totally processed that feeling and the comment yet, but I'm basking in "the glory?" Thanks for listening. Mary
