A very good week (so far)
Hello all,
I havent posted on here forever, as I have had an awful time sticking to my usual "monday" new diet plan. In fact I had gained close to 10 lbs
ANYWAY:
So far this week (and I know its just Tuesday evening), I havent cheated one bit. I have made good healthy choices, counted my calories, increased my water, and even tried a little exercise. This is the best I have done since early January. I know I have to make this happen NOW! No more, "I will next week"> Wish me luck!
